Investigate ways to make the sponsor page more obvious that it's different than the home page

Thinking of having the Logo placement different and have it says "Sponsors" or something somewhere obvious

@ng-david We do have the welcome/announcement module at the top of the sponsor page! I think this differentiates well enough to tell it apart from the home page but I do like the idea of adding on some sort of "Sponsors" header
