In the Vertical metrics guide (link), it states:

In the OS/2 table: `<fsSelection value="00000000 10000000"/>`

However, since Use_Typo_Metrics is governed by bit 7, shouldn't the correct value be "00000000 01000000"?

Bits start counting from bit 0. The documentation is correct. Ref: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/typography/opentype/spec/os2#fss
