Repositories do not appear in the left-side navigation menu on localhost:8080

I followed GettingStarted up until step 4. I passed all tests.

On localhost:8080:
There is no link(s) to repositories in the left-side navigation (vs. what's stated in the guide)

It also creates a few example repositories such as "haiti" and "japan", which will appear in the list on the left of the homepage. See the next section to know what is "repository".

Once I go to localhost:8080/japan by manually adding a repository name in the URL:
It finely appeared.
