visual indication that an email went through Gilded

Right now when we forward along emails, we overwrite the original to: field. This means that you can't see that a message went through Gilded before arriving in your inbox.

Maybe a better way to handle this would be to prepend a message at the top of emails forwarded through Gilded saying things like the original to: & cc: fields (including so you can see if others were included in the message), how much they paid for your email, etc.

This would also remind the user that they are using Gilded and how much value they're getting from it

but not ready to merge in yet because this creates a bug with the jenkins emails where this info is duplicated
