Critical error when running pelican -r -l from the command-line #3397

Issue

When I run pelican -r -l from the command-line I get the following error:

[10:11:16] CRITICAL AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no     __init__.py:683
                    attribute 'terminate'

The traceback is to this package file.
