Debug Scenario is not working

When trying to Debug Scenario the code does not stop on Breakpoints

The debug scenario was running fine before some time.

Running into this same issue. The Debug Scenario CodeLens feature pretends to run the scenario, but it never hits any of the breakpoints. This feature seems to work intermittently, but when it breaks it REALLY stops working, no matter what I do (changes to settings.json, reinstalling the vscode extension, re-installing getgauge/cli, etc
