The scenarios inside the specifications of Test Explorer should load

Actual behavior
The scenarios inside the specifications of Test Explorer are not loading

Steps to reproduce:

1. Clone https://github.com/getgauge/taiko.git
2. Open taiko/test/functional-tests in VSCode
3. Click on Test Explorer to list the Gauge specs
4. Click on Page Actions or the specifications below

Note: The scenarios inside the specifications are not loading
