Revision different liveness probes in different apps #70

All the different liveness probes in the different apps may need some revision.

geoserver: check for the capabilities in GWC:

helm-georchestra/templates/geoserver/geoserver-deployment.yaml

Line 226 in 4fdce64

path: /geoserver/gwc/service/wmts?SERVICE=WMTS&REQUEST=GetCapabilities

Geoserver pod will go down if GWC does not work anymore.

Ping @jeanpommier that told me about it on slack.

Recommended GS healthcheck instead:

/geoserver/ows?SERVICE=WMS&LAYERS=geor:public_layer&FORMAT=image/png&VERSION=1.3.0&SLD_VERSION=1.1.0&REQUEST=GetMap&CRS=EPSG:3857&BBOX=-20820223,-20820223,20820223,20820223&WIDTH=10&HEIGHT=10

the layer is hidden and provided by default with any fresh install
