We are working with Devon Menendez. He has set aside 15 rooms, similar to last year. We need to confirm exact numbers 60 days before the event.

Reserving a mix of double and single rooms
We are getting the discounted dorm price (nightly rates = double: $54.75/person and single: $93.25/person)
We need to spend at least $24/person staying in the dorms per night on UW catering to get the discounted dorm rate (in total that would be $2,160 we need to spend at Bay Laurel for the week)
