I remembered that on the tutorial in 2019, we were using some simple python scripts to visualize our FATES test outputs. I guess much of this can be re-used.

Thanks a lot for this, Peter! The platform is currently only capable of single-point simulations, which is why especially the FATES_Utils repo is indeed a great starting point. I went through the corresponding R-markdown file yesterday and plan to recreate some of the subjectively interesting (😉) plots with Python and Jupyter notebooks.
