Required by mesa!4037 and wlroots!3574 + wlroots!3914. Affects performance of Vulkan-based compositors (e.g., WLR_RENDERER=vulkan sway) and Xwayland on nvidia-drm (e.g., wlroots!4262 + xserver!967).
