Is there a Korean translation?
If not, how to contribute?

I would be interested if you can help translate the Fontforge program.
There is a very big text file located here name ko.po with many messages:
https://github.com/fontforge/fontforge/tree/master/po

If you are interested in making a Korean equivalent of the program html
files, we can start a Korean "ko' directory here:
https://github.com/fontforge/fontforge/tree/master/doc/html
...however, this would require some understanding of html if you know it.

In terms of design with fontforge documentation, someone more active in
https://github.com/fontforge/designwithfontforge.com can help you (since I
seldom look here and tend to be more program focused).

There is no Korean translation now. Contribution is welcome.

  1. fork this project and clone to your PC.
  2. make a folder named ko_KR,translate every chapter from english to Korean.
  3. add link of Korean translation to each page and add some new config.
  4. create a pull request.
Step 3 is a little complicated. When step 1 & 2 are done, email me and I will help you finish this step.

By the way, patient is needed to translate this site. I spend about 40 nights to finish Chinese translation.

If you are not an expert using github, but still want to help, this may help you a little bit. Please read this first #253 so that you can maintain a sync with the main trunk.
