Autocompletion not working in in the file types defined in Notes Extensions

Describe the bug

Autocompletion of wikilinks does not work in the file types defined under Foam > Files: Notes Extensions. In my case i wanted to have autocompletion in quarto .qmd files when i typed [[]], but this only work in .md files, even when .md is not specified as a note extension, or a default note extension. The issue persists if you add md as a note extension.

Steps to Reproduce the Bug or Issue

1. Add the filetype to Foam > Files: Notes Extensions
2. Type [[]] in the file with the type specified in step 1.

Expected behavior

The autocompletion panel should appear with all the files available to link to in the repository.
