Many web servers use UptimeRobot to monitor their websites. I have noticed that UptimeRobot IP addresses have been blocked in this list.

Are you able to remove all IP addresses as specified on the below website:-

https://uptimerobot.com/help/locations/

Fellow UptimeRobot user here. It is a lot easier to use that list to create an allow list that prevents UptimeRobot IPs from being blocked. That approach means you don't have to worry about whether they wind up on another list that you use.
