Add some infrastructure as code

This repository has some docker configs, but as I've been wanting to learn more about kubernetes, I think this repository should have some proper configurations about infrastructure as code (IaC) using kubernetes too

To use locally should be minikube, another interesting thing is kustomize.

The kustomize tool allow to 'patch' configs without change the original one.

Additionally, create some github actions to build the docker containers and enable to use inside k8s cluster
