是否有使用延迟编码数据集训练网络示例代码？比如最基本的手写数字数据集，我的理解是将其延迟编码为脉冲数据的触发时间，从而训练网络，输出应当是每个类别的触发时间，触发最早的就是可能性最高的分类？请问有类似的代码来实现这个功能吗
