3.7.5 provides wheels for linux aarch64 for various python versions, but 3.7.6 does not have any wheels for linux aarch64.

Is it intended? Couldn't find related info on changelogs.

This stops me from installlling 3.7.6 on my M1 Mac. The build fails locally with a long error message as well (error - I have previously been able to install things that require C++, but not lately so it's possible the latest OS update borked something)

I'm working on getting these parts of the infrastructure back up and running. I regret that it's been taking some time.

The MacOS ARM builds should be back with 3.8.0. Linux ARM64 apparently went on general availability on GHA last week, so I should be able to add that too.

While there's wheels for spaCy up for 3.8.0, I haven't built wheels for MacOS ARM64 for other dependencies (blis and thinc), so there will still be compilation problems. This should be sorted out soon.
