Update opentelemetry semconv

There have been several changes to the OpenTelemetry semantic conventions. Some of the attributes used in this package are now deprecated, as outlined in the following links:

• Database attributes
• All net.* attributes - Network attributes

Do you have any plans to update the package accordingly?

I am happy to contribute to the project. However, we may need to drop support for Go 1.18 and other versions.
