Currently we don't automatically detect:

  1. App name
  2. Changed icon
  3. Discovery of the app directory itself (in MyApps dir)

One needs to press "Run" to detect app name and one needs to restart Workbench to get new icon (cached probably) if the icon has the same filename etc.
