Problem following tutorial: msf_core/imu_state_input_asctec missing and /msf_core/state_out no output #154

Hello,

I am following this tutorial http://wiki.ros.org/ethzasl_sensor_fusion/Tutorials/Introductory%20Tutorial%20for%20Multi-Sensor%20Fusion%20Framework

But something seems to be wrong and the msf_core/imu_state_input_asctec topic does not appear in my rqt_graph. Below is the rqt_graph I got.

And $ rostopic echo /msf_core/state_out does not generate any output.

Below is the $rostopic list result

Any idea what is wrong here ? Thank you.
