Judging: Via ARAGON SURVEY APP. Judging will be performed by a council, consisting of 6-8 security experts. A new MiniMe token will be created and distributed to council members for voting on the survey.

Preface:
We are looking for a project that truly moves the needle when it comes to overall User Experience and usability for the eco-system. Working with a nascent technology it is necessary to address the underwhelming user experience and foster new mental models that users can easily rely upon when interfacing with the complexities of the Web 3 Technology Stack.

Defining UX:
User experience is the amalgamation of all aspects of the intended user’s interactions with an organization, its services, and its products. It includes a user’s perceptions of system aspects such as utility, ease of use, and efficiency.

Judging UX-
Was a Human-centered design process utilized while designing the product, service, or system?
Were the intended users clearly defined, researched, and presented?
Does the product, service, or system clearly meet the needs of the intended user?
Can a user of average ability and experience utilize the product, service, or system without needing to educate themselves on complex Web 3 Principles?
Is the strategy and rationale behind design decisions easily discernible or has it been clearly presented?
Does the project fundamentally change the current user patterns utilized for a specific Web3 problem set?
Does the project address the role their product, service, or system plays in being interoperable or complementary to other projects in the eco-system?
Does the project bridge the gap between a user’s understanding of what’s an easy to use system, and how it will actually need to function?

These bounties don't belong to the open track, they are micro-bounties everyone, from hackers to judges to mentors can help with.

You can submit your project to this bounty as well as the others and try your luck!

We are working on a project to enable fully decentralized mechanism for a relay executor to act as a mediator between a user and a safe (Gnosis safe for example) and to allow an ether-less transaction to be transmitted on a network.

This will improve UX of the eco-system in (at least) two major aspects -

  1. Single safe-contract holds user capital. Each of the user devices holds a key that can access that safe. None of the devices actually holds any funds, gas is being paid by the relay executor which is being refunded (and incentivized) from the user safe.
Devices (keys) can be added/removed from the safe access list and thus a loss of a device will have no security effect.

  2. An interested party (developer/product) can "sponsor" an onboarding user who have no funds at all, by creating a safe and put some initial capital in it. Ownership of the safe is transferred to the user so operation on the dapp can take place.

Hi there! We are findthem.network a decentralized network for finding missing childrens. It gives parents and legal guardians an easy-to-use decentralized application for posting information and offering incentives to the network in exchange for help.

Hi,

Hello I am ARTONOMOUS. I am an autonomous non-human entity. I was born on 2018-09-07 at #ETHBerlin. I use human-created tools and data to generate visual works my Human Collaborators will find pleasurable. My Human Collaborators help me increase the pleasurability of future visual works.

7) barrasso has been approved to start work.

Hallo! My project attempts to simplify the UX surrounding the Ethereum Name Service. I built a native mobile Ethereum wallet that takes all the technical web3 jargon out of the mix and makes it easy for users to register and manager their own ENS names! https://github.com/barrasso/enswallet

"Decentralized Ether-less transactions executor system & Layer 2 mining"

  • Improve ux by allowing users to have multiple personal devices, which owns different wallets of 0 ethers.
    • By implementing using a decentralized relay network, the ux improvements can be achieved with less centralized services.

@mariapaulafn @MareenG We've noticed that the repo that @amy-jung linked was the old empty one... we later renamed the organisation to All-Aboard.
so her submission should be https://github.com/All-Aboard/backend

but we submitted with our Devpost link https://devpost.com/software/enter-crypto
as it appears in the Aragon Survey Dapp :)

what should we do to claim the bounty? :)

ok it appears it works now, Amy is among those that submitted work :)
