Things I'm planning to work on:

• Major code cleanups and improvements to stay sane. See Improve code quality #43.
• Improve PDF output.
  • Support multiple page sizes.
  • Better page breaks (including better support for dual dialogue) which should do a better job in more cases than the current system. See Improve page breaks #38.
  • Slightly better word wrap. See Improve word wrap #37.
  • Add support for notes. See Add Notes. #29.
• Rework HTML output.
  • Some CSS improvements. Including: support for notes. See Add Notes. #29.
  • Title page. See HTML output should contain title page #1.
  • Embed CSS.

Future goals:

• Better font loading for PDF.
• Other/more output types?
  • eg. Text.
• A script analysis tool.

Sometime in a very far future:

• GUI

Upstreams:

• Bookmarks in PDF.
• Base Courier (makes super tiny PDFs possible).

Apparently Debian's freeze is coming up later this year:

Things that have to get done by then:

• Page size.
• Embedded CSS.

Things that preferably are done by then:

• Support for notes.
• Title page in HTML.

The PDF module needs a rewrite (all of them, really) so word wrap and definitely pagebreaks will likely not happen.
