End-users should be able to add logs to follow simply by adding the path to the logfile in custom-le/attributes/default.rb

Currently, if an end-user wants to customize the list of logs to be followed, the le/recipes/configure.rb needs to be overriden, here:
https://github.com/engineyard/ey-cookbooks-stable-v5/blob/next-release/cookbooks/le/recipes/configure.rb#L12-L19
