can ique-diag tool for programming new nand chip of DOOKIE PCB

Dear Sir

i got ique memory card DOOKIE PCB now
and i try for soldering a nand chip and cap on it but i can't programmed nand bin file into it by used ique player hot swap memory card and ique_diag tool
is it mean need nand programmer for read nand file from original memory card's nand chip then programming nand file into new nand chip by programmer?

any possible that Ique-diag tool can format a new nand chip and programing nand file？

i saw there has some one tested DOOKIE PCB and tested another nand chip, Do you know the method of the program process with new memory card DOOKIE?
