[SQLite] Model.save({ignore: true}) throws error #1

Apparently INSERT IGNORE is not supported by SQLite:

  base model
    save
      ✓ persists a new model
      ✓ updates an existing model (38ms)
      ✓ opts.force inserts a model when primary key is set
{ [Error: SQLITE_ERROR: near "IGNORE": syntax error] errno: 1, code: 'SQLITE_ERROR' }
      1) opts.ignore inserts ignore a model

Steps to reproduce:

DEBUG=true npm run test-sqlite
