Revamp UI for nextra docs, specifically landing page.

@anuragxxd you mentioned removing nerd docs, we can add those docs to ELIXIR's Documentation Hub, in the language specific section for {java,type}script but most of the docs in this are related to monorepo, so idk if we should remove it from there.

Maybe we could remove it from nextra and link it in readme though!
