New Icon and Wallpapers

We would like to have a nice new icon, along with that generate new wallpapers and icons across the repos where applicable.

Thinking about using Midjourney or Unstable Diffusion to generate something, or possibly a commission via Fiverr

AC:

• New logo put into main eldritch repo
• New wallpaper variants generated for different resolutions and replace existing ones in main repo
• Extra credit: New wallpaper engine wallpaper generated
• Push the new logo into vscode repo (its needed for publishing to marketplace with its own icon), size should match existing one in vscode repo

Commissioned a new logo from Fiverr artist. Should take a couple days then I will crate new wallpapers for as many resolutions as I can and a new wallpaper engine

Got a new logo but still want to work on it, updated in the meantime, but looking to make it more "cthulhu"esque
