Use a documentação do Tailwinds como referência (https://next.tailwindcss.com/docs/display)

Idealmente o componente deveria ser chamado assim,

m(CssTable, {classes: [".uppercase", ".lowercase", ...]})

e as definições poderiam ser inferidas a partir dos próprios estilos definidos no CSS.
