Establishing Connection dialog does not clear after pairing wallet

To reproduce;

• Run the app
• Make sure no wallet is connected (clear all local storage)
• Click "Connect with wallet" and choose Kukai, continue to Kukai (assumes a testnet account is setup) and approve
• On boilerplate app, expect to see app, but "Establishing Connection" is still visible, and never clears.

Kukai doesn't seem to support Hangzhounet yet so the dapp cannot connect to the wallet.

Yes, use version v0.10.0 instead, (git checkout v0.10.0) so you can reproduce using granadanet.

reproduced the issue with version 10 and granadanet.
After dismissing the pop-up things appear to connect and work
but the pop should dismiss itself.
