I noticed in the README that it's stated that "eProsima Integration Service is a Linux tool".

I seem to remember SOSS having some level of windows support at one point, or at least some work to start that.

Are there any plans to make the Integration Service usable on Windows, and if not do you think it would be feasible for a contributor to do?

The support for Windows platforms is not in the roadmap. But if you want to try, we will be happy to help with any problems that arise.
