Description
Clearly and concisely explain the problem.

Any contributions and suggestions are welcome!

Builds over #54 , the new scrolling duration is ok, but the ease is "flat"
The scroll should start slow (as rockets launching), accelerate right after and decelerate while reaching the correct position
I don't think there's something build-in into Quasar scrolling utils, but may be worth checking into the source code and/or into quasar issues (may be a worthy addition to core)
