Description
Clearly and concisely explain the problem.

Animations in general have some problem the first time they are triggered. You can see it when hovering the buttons or changing the step on the twitter cards. After the first time then the animation on that element works ok

This has been reported by Yusuf and Aldrin IIRC, I'm not sure how to reproduce it properly, I can't really notice the problem
