Could be introduced in several flavors:

Association semantic type property - aggregation/composition implying the cascading behavior.
A 'cascade' property for an association configuration that can be used to specify operations and behavior cascading to depending entities wiht maximum accuracy. It could be used e.g. to deny 'delete' on dependencies when the master is deleted
