Modify Frontend Headings: Make frontend more configurable #6

Some buttons and headings greatly benefit by being modified.

For example:
Title (located here)
Category name (located here)
Metadata grouping (located here)

Also, dates can be modified from years to other groupings.

Modify metadata.csv year column to group in order and bind to years
- for example: quarter 1, quarter 2, and quarter 3 could be replaced with 2001, 2002, 2003
Edit json files to rename year placeholders to actual labels (after PixPlot created)
- label on Date view data/layouts/timeline-labels...
- filter data/metadata/dates.json (this one seems to not necessarily be in the correct order...)
