No longer builds for Ruby > 2

I know this repo isn't really maintained anymore, but it no longer even installs for new versions of ruby.
Delete this if it's not okay, but I built a new version of a ruby geohash gem backed by a C library.

Very cool. Yeah, haven’t done anything with this in some time. I’d be happy to remove my gem in favor of yours, but yours seems not to be active on rubygems?

It's not very active, but it should work. I had to edit the original message URL so if you got this as an email, the new URL is https://rubygems.org/gems/dynamodb_geo.
I have zero desire to have you remove your gem if you want to keep it up, I just wanted to give anyone looking for a gem, a solution.
