Argo Rollouts guide does too much and not enough #501

I’m not really sure if it’s useful to even mention ArgoCD or use it in this context. I know from personal experience that folks around me end up shortening all the Argo stuff to just Argo and I have to ask them ArgoRollouts or ArgoCD? - And they don’t realize those are totally different things.

Additionally, I didn’t follow this guide because it misses a bunch of seemingly very important information that this guide nails: https://argoproj.github.io/argo-rollouts/features/traffic-management/ambassador/

Finally, the ambassador guide for argo-rollouts sends you through Ambassador Cloud to complete the setup, which again, I thought wasn’t very useful from a “bare minimum” standpoint.

Adds instructions for forking the demo repository and alternatively registering the app with ArgoCD.

Should at least address some of the comments in xref datawire#501.
