Rediscover clusterName when performing manual -a upload #98

When using the -a option to separately upload files to s3, we lose the clusterName variable. This variable is used in the s3 destination folder name we upload to. This leaves us open diagnostic snapshots from multiple clusters being uploaded into one s3 folder (which we do not want).
