Using collector.hosts bypasses cluster discovery, so cluster name and size is unknown #143

Specifying hosts via collector.hosts skips the "discovery" process in the initial phase of the script which is responsible for determining the cluster name and size. The uploads will not contain the cluster name, and the completion marker will always be named collector_upload.incomplete.
