Definitive pre-requisites/Requirements list for acitoolkit and applications #360

Is there anywhere a definitive list of requirements (python versions, modules, libs) for acitoolkit and its included applications (as some have different requirements). I have had a battery of issues with everything from OpenSSL to websockets, to just things not working in Python3 properly at all. Could we get a refreshed list of pre-requisites/requirements please.
