But cannot launch

Run/Debug nothing happens?

Also don't see Run/Debug annotation above line 9

Spring-Boot Dashboard also cannot launch?

Also live reload is not happening?

cd backend

./mvnw spring-boot:run

http://localhost:8080/

I needed to stop and start spring boot server again?
