Test plan missing in the output?

Compare the two outputs:

$ tesar copr c2r -ref pr817 -g github oamg main -p /plans/tier1/activation_key -c cos7
...
INFO | Sending test plan activation_key for copr build pr817 for CentOS-7-latest to the testing farm.

$ tesar copr c2r -ref pr817 -g github oamg main -p /plans/tier0/ -c cos84
...
INFO | Sending test plan  for copr build pr817 for CentOS-8.4 to the testing farm.

It seems to me that the second example is missing the test plan name. Or is it intentional this way?

I can imagine the first example to print Sending test plan tier1/activation_key for. And the second example to print Sending test plan tier0/ for. Because the tier0 is, if I'm not mistaken, also a test plan. It just consists of multiple sub-plans.
