Request: Send DANDI emails from `[email protected]` #2018

Currently, a DANDI user receives an email from:

Dandi <[email protected]> on behalf of admin@developmental-leek-[long-alpha-numeric-string].herokudns.com <admin@developmental-[long-alpha-numeric-string].herokudns.com>

These emails show up as the following in my inbox:

If I didn't know otherwise, I would interpret the sender as spam. (Although the emails are not sent to the spam folder.)

It would be nice if the emails are sent From: [email protected].
