Missing WebKit example

Issue

No Cypress Docker images include a WebKit browser and there is no example showing how to use WebKit with a Cypress Docker image.

• Cypress documentation includes a section Guides > Launching Browsers > WebKit (Experimental) which describes how to use Cypress with WebKit.

  includes an open TODO regarding WebKit which refers to Allow cypress to discover globally installed webkit cypress#25344. This issue was however closed due to inactivity.

• This needs to be deferred until there is more clarity about version compatibility. See WebKit 18 fails driver-integration-tests-webkit (cookies.cy.js) cypress#29973.
