how to run it in colab?

Hi, the idea is awesome, but I can not start the train in colab, I have the dataset and when I run
!python parser_download.py -dataset ./BBC
it not works , how should I run the command?

I also try !python setup.py install but a linux may not be a must?

I am so confusing,could you give me some guidance?
