TwitterRSS-Enhancer v2

Description
-------------------------
Imports a twitter RSS, parses the RSS into an object, rewrites all the links, usernames, and hashtags to be links outputs the rest to screen and to the twitter.rss file.

Requirements
-------------------------
Webserver (Apache/Ngix/etc.)
PHP 5.x.x
OAuth Application

Setup
-------------------------
Complete the user configuration in the PHP file

Notes
-------------------------
If you want to update the twitter.rss feed with new results then call the main file twitterrss-enhancer.php and it will rewrite the twitter.rss feed with new tweets.
