TOC links stopped working after update to Evernote Version 6.9 (453991 Direct)

Hi,

The TOC links have stopped working in Evernote after updating to Evernote Version 6.9 (453991 Direct).

That is to say, I can't click them. They are interpreted as normal text (I only see the normal text edit/selection cursor when hovering over the supposed links).

I have tried editing and syncing the notes that use TOC in Atom with ever-notedown, but it didn't change anything.

I also tried deleting Evernote from /Applications, and reinstalling from their website, but the same problem persists.

It does however seem like I can use normal links in Evernote. I'm able to access file:// linked files/folders on my drive via Finder also.

I think this is similar to the one mentioned in issue #77

They changed something in version 6.9 and broke the bookmark/anchor hyperlink functionality. It doesn't make sense to me, but unfortunately that's not something I can fix. For now I've rolled back to version 6.8 for myself and will keep an eye on the EN forum. But I'm not sure what's going to happen next.
