I have mental heath problems that make Black on White color schemes physically painfully. I would be happy to looking into doin it myself. I feel strongly that all site should have a dark mode opption

Pretty sure this was already implemented via crystal-lang/crystal#13512. There is no explicit toggle as it's based off of https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS/@media/prefers-color-scheme, so may just need to set that preference in your OS settings or something.
