[AppSec] Updates

I will be adding all issues I find within appsec docs so we can properly track these:

• appsec-config default_remediation is ban but what options are there? link
• appsec-config default_pass_action is nothing but what options are there? link
• appsec-rules equals or equal link however example has equals link
• Hooks are not just strings but struct we should provide example how to write them

Missing items:

• How to import native modsec rules (ie. dedicated page)
• Link to how to use your own rules in the quickstart page
