[Feature Request] add an obs transformation option when a scene is switched to.

this event would come in handy when I change scene collections or switch scenes via my keyboard, or via firebot. Basically tell firebot when any of the scenes I switched to are chosen in the filter, apply the transformation in the effect section.

I would like an effect that sets a transformation when I am switching scenes or starting on a scene when switching scene collections. So, here's my ideal workflow for this suggestion

Name: when I switch scenes or start on one if switching scene collections
Filters: if scene name is x, y, or Z. I have multiple scenes in this scene collection.
Event: enable obs transform and a list of transforms for each scene. I don't use filters much except on my audio sources.

Reason: I often forget to go full screen on some of my scenes and the transformations do not happen automatically so this would ensure I have a fighting chance of doing this.
