What problem are you facing?

Support for Managed Zone resources is lacking.

How could Crossplane help solve your problem?

Add a CRD and controller for that type using
https://cloud.google.com/dns/docs/reference/v1/managedZones

While we don't have support for this managed resource in provider-gcp, have you checked out provider-jet-gcp?
